Comments on the football please. I'm still nursing a calf injury and want to make sure I'm OK for the weekend. Probably see you all in the pub for a quickie............. or a beer.

Happy Birthday for yesterday Tim.
Another empty pitch last night which, as a defender at least, gives you more than 0.1 seconds so you can actually do something with the ball rather than just sprinting and whacking it all the time.
Goal of the season contender#17: release ball across half a pitch to the very busy Wadsworth, cross to Ward who crushes a curling shot into the right hand side of goal on the volley. Just like on PS2.
Thanks to whoever for bribing the staff to keep the lights on past 10pm.
BTW, was Bolton's shot really going in? I thought it was an intended pass to Marsh that was diverted in by McGrail for an own goal.

No, I think video evidence will confirm that the ball was actually swerving, and that is why it went in. McGrail did make a valiant effort to intercept, but I don't think he actually touched the ball.

Dear Me,a little over the top.Once again Lymmerpool had a numerical advantage, many of Argyll's players removed from action by lymmerpools Tommy Smith, the thinking, perhaps it will be 15 v 4 at the end of the season.C.G.I has shown that Mark B's shot actuallyl looped the loop before passing the wrong footed goalie.Argyll's defence was left unsupported, which will be corrected next week.So Audaces Fortuna Iuvat.
